The next step is to conduct our comprehensive assessment techniques, that incorporate Psychometric tests These tests help identify ones’ personality, skills and knowledge; assisting in gauging student’s suitability by measuring certain traits. The results quantitatively display students’ motivators, aptitude and interests, which aid us in suggesting ideal career pathways.
Post the tests are taken we analyse the results and combine the information from Step 1 assessment to generate a report, where we highlight the
.“Career Motivators” – factors that encourage one to perform better at work. Some of these motivators can be leadership, stability, money, challenge, respect etc.
.“Aptitude Parameters: - having a natural inclination towards learning something. Some of these parameters can be Verbal, Numerical, Spatial Aptitude.

The Psychometric Tests analysis report along with our initial assessment sets the standpoint for drafting personalized career roadmaps for individual students.
